Lemon law isn’t one defect or one brand. Our resolved cases span 37 vehicle makes — from high-volume domestics like Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Jeep and Ram to imports including Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, Nissan, Audi and Mazda. The defects we resolve range from powertrain and electrical failures to HVAC, braking, and safety-system faults.
Because the right outcome depends on the client’s goal, we pursue both paths the statute allows. In roughly 85% of the cases we close, the client keeps the vehicle and receives compensation for its diminished value — a cash-and-keep settlement. About 15% take the manufacturer-buyback route, where the manufacturer repurchases the vehicle and refunds the client’s payments, for when keeping it no longer makes sense.
Individual recoveries have ranged from typical mid-four-figure settlements up to six-figure results in high-value defect cases. Past results don’t guarantee a future outcome — but they show the firm knows how to value a case correctly and hold manufacturers to it.
