The Firm Consumers Call When a
Manufacturer Won’t Make It Right
Attorney-led, contingency-based, and operating in every state except California — RockPoint Law P.C. handles the legal fight against the manufacturer so you don’t have to.
Why RockPoint Law Exists
Buying or leasing a vehicle is one of the largest purchases most families ever make. When that vehicle turns out to be a lemon, the people on the other side — the manufacturer’s legal and warranty teams — do this every day. The owner usually doesn’t. That imbalance is the entire reason RockPoint Law P.C. was built: to put an experienced lemon law attorney on the consumer’s side of the table, at no upfront cost, anywhere in the country.
We made a deliberate choice to do one thing and do it well. RockPoint is a pure lemon law practice — not a general consumer-litigation shop that takes lemon cases on the side. That focus is why manufacturers’ counsel recognize our name, and why we can move a case from intake to resolution faster than firms still learning the statute.
Real Settlements We’ve Recovered
These aren’t projections — they’re actual outcomes from cases we’ve closed for vehicle owners across the country.

Experience Across Every Major Manufacturer
Lemon law isn’t one defect or one brand. Our resolved cases span 37 vehicle makes — from high-volume domestics like Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Jeep and Ram to imports including Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, Nissan, Audi and Mazda. The defects we resolve range from powertrain and electrical failures to HVAC, braking, and safety-system faults.
Because the right outcome depends on the client’s goal, we pursue both paths the statute allows. In roughly 85% of the cases we close, the client keeps the vehicle and receives compensation for its diminished value — a cash-and-keep settlement. About 15% take the manufacturer-buyback route, where the manufacturer repurchases the vehicle and refunds the client’s payments, for when keeping it no longer makes sense.
Individual recoveries have ranged from typical mid-four-figure settlements up to six-figure results in high-value defect cases. Past results don’t guarantee a future outcome — but they show the firm knows how to value a case correctly and hold manufacturers to it.

VolvoWhat You Get With RockPoint
The way we run a case is as deliberate as the cases we take. Here is what representation actually looks like.
Attorney-Led, Start to Finish
Your case is handled by a licensed attorney — not passed to a paralegal queue. You speak with the people actually negotiating your settlement.
No Fees Unless We Win
We work on contingency — no retainer, no hourly bill. Under lemon law the manufacturer pays our fees, so representation costs you nothing out of pocket.
Truly Nationwide
We’re admitted and active in 49 states, with attorneys licensed across multiple jurisdictions including New York and New Jersey. Wherever you bought the vehicle, we can help.
Bilingual Representation
Full English and Spanish support, so language is never a barrier to standing up to a manufacturer.
What We Stand For
Client-First
Every recommendation we make is the one we’d want if it were our own vehicle.
Aggressive Advocacy
We don’t accept the manufacturer’s first number as the final one.
Transparent Process
You’ll always know where your case stands and what comes next.
