Nicole Forsythe serves as Of Counsel to RockPoint Law. With more than 15 years of legal experience, Nicole represents individuals in lemon-law, warranty, and other consumer-protection matters, helping clients pursue meaningful relief when manufacturers and businesses fail to honor their obligations. She also brings substantial experience handling complex civil and criminal tax controversies. Nicole earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Law and holds an LL.M. in Taxation. She is known for her practical, compassionate approach and her commitment to protecting consumers from unfair practices.
