Paul Wrubel is an associate attorney at RockPoint Law, where he represents consumers in lemon law and breach of warranty matters involving new, used, and leased vehicles. He helps owners and lessees of cars, trucks, SUVs, and electric vehicles pursue remedies for defects that persist after repeated repair attempts.
Paul brings six years of experience evaluating and negotiating warranty claims in support of General Motors’ legal staff. He advanced to senior legal warranty claims analyst, evaluating, assigning, and negotiating claims, supervising dispute resolution teams, and managing up to 10 people handling lemon law and breach of warranty matters. That experience gives him a detailed and invaluable understanding of how manufacturers assess warranty claims.
His background also includes fraud litigation and other commercial disputes. At RockPoint Law, Paul draws on this experience to investigate claims, analyze repair records, and advocate for consumers whose defective vehicles disrupt their daily lives. His approach emphasizes careful preparation, clear documentation, and holding manufacturers accountable for their warranty obligations.
Paul earned his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and is admitted to practice in Michigan.
